Join the FHSAA!

You will need to create an account in Arbiter. Then, click on central hub, and follow the registration prompts. Be sure to choose ECFOA as your primary association.

Once you have finished your FHSAA registration, you will see ECFOA in your list. Click on Central Hub and follow the Registration Prompts just as you did in the FHSAA Registration.
Attend Trainings!
We are having trainings on Mondays at 6:30 PM at John I. Leonard High School. Trainings/Meetings begin in July
Gear Up to Officiate
The uniform is long black pants (Varsity), Black shorts (Sub-Varsity), Black shoes, Black Socks, Striped hat, Striped Shirt with FHSAA logo. Along with accessories
Pass The Rules Test
In order to officiate, there is a required test that is administered by the FHSAA. Officials must pass this rules test to be able to officiate high school football.
Backround Check
Background Checks are required through the Palm Beach County School District. Once the check is completed you will receive a security badge in accordance with the Jessica Lunsford Act
